KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That .Tr~lma
Trelma S. Edwards and formerly known as Trelma R. Warren), a single person, grantor, of
103904 U.S. Hwy. 89, Freedom, ~ 83120, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars'
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
conveys and quitclaims unto Trudy ~illiam~, Ke~t Edward~, Penny Soltis, ~a~dy
Edward~, de,se Edward~, Bruce Edward~ and Kelly Edward~, as joint tenants with full
rights of su~ivorship, grantees, of cio Trelma R. Call of 103904 U.S. Hwy. 89, Freedom,
WY 83120, all right, title, interest, properly, possession, claim and demand in or to all the
following described premises, ia-wit;
Lot One (1) in BlOck Eighteen (18) in the Auburn, Wyoming, Townsite, as
same is platted and of record in the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described' tract of land: A portion
of Lot 1, Block 18, Auburn Townsite as shown on the map thereof filed the
1st day of March, 1913, in the Office of the Clerk, Uinta. (nOW Lincoln)
County, Wyoming, and being also a portion of the NEll4 of Section 4, T32N,
R119W, 6th P.M., and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a marker in a large corner post set at the Southeast corner of
said Lot 1; running thence N 89051'32'' W, along the southerly line of said
Lot 1,330.99 feet, to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N 0035'29,'
E, along the Westerly line of said Lot 1, 131.59 feet; thence S 89051'32" E,
331.10 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 1, thence S 0°38'28" W, along last
said line 131.59 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and
rights of way of sight or record.
EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto the Grantor, Trelma R, Call, for her
life, all rights concerning the above-described property, including without
limitation, the right to possession and all rents and profits from the
described real property, Upon the death of the Grantor, the remainder
· interest in the above-described real property shall vest in the above-named
Grantees.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
