THIS INDENTURE, made the

REEVES FARM, INC.,
a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Wyoming and having its principal place of business in the
County of Lincoln the GRANTOR, and
whose address is 750 Quail Hollow, Alpine, WY 84004
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
NE¼SW¼ of Section 7, T30N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming. Containing 38.81 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT, however, to all reserVations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
TOGETHER WITH all water and water rights, minerals and mineral rights, tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
NOTE: This serVes to correct that certain Warranty Deed reCorded May 1, 2003 in
Book 519PR on page 551 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
