Comes now Tee-Mont Enterprises, Inc., and does hereby file its amendment to those certain
Building Restrictions and Covenants dated August 15, 1976, and recorded September 7, 1976, in
book 130 P.R. page 220 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
1.· On August 15, 1976, Tee-Mont Enterprises, Inc. did hereby establish certain
Building Restrictions and Covenants which were recorded in the Lincoln County
Clerks Office on September 7, 1976, in book 130 P.R'. page 220, which covenants
~ applied to all of the lots in the Tee-Mont Subdivision.
~ u-~ 5(~Tee-Mont Entmprises, Inc. does hereby amend said Building Restrictions and
o df, ' ~]'~5 ~¢CoVenants pursuant to the provisions of part E General Provisions paragraph 1,
>,r ~,:,:c .... .... -.~'7:2 ~!~:which provides that the covenants may be amended by a majority of the then owners
cdof the recorded lots.
~; ~ ~Tee-Mont Enterprises, Inc. is the owner ora mhjority of the lots that are subject to
o [~.~ ~aid Building Restrictions and Covenants and is the owner of record of Lot 1, Lot 2,
}~:_.~}~'~:"~.ot4, Lot5, Lot6, Lot7, Lot8, Lot9, Lotl0, Lotll, Lotl2, Lotl4, Tee_Mont
~ Subdivision as said lots are laid out and described on the official plat of said
subdivision on file in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincolu County,
Wyoming.
4. Part C paragraph 4 of said building restrictions and covenants is hereby amended to
read as tbllows:
~ 4. "Subdivision of Existing Lots. No subdivision of existing lots of less
C> ; than 1.15 acres shall be allowed until public water or public sewer is
~ provided."
That all other provisions of the Building Restrictions and Covenants herein above
referred to not herein specifically amended or nmdified shall remain in fifll force and
effect.
