QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED is made the /,~ ~'day of June 2003 by HI LINE
EQUIPMENT COMPANY, a general partnership whose address is 1111 South 3200 West, Salt
Lake City, Utah 84104, the "GRANTOR," in favor of ROBERT R. MEIKLE, whose address
is 1462 Blue Jay Place, Eagle, Idaho 83616, the "GRANTEE."
For and in consideration of the sum ofTEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
Grantor does hereby quitclaim unto Grantee the following real property that is located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming:
Lots 7 & 8
A portion of Section 9, T. 36 N., R. 119 W., 6th P.M., Wyoming described as.
follows: Lots 8 & 7, Proposed Alpine Retreat, Inc., Subdivision #3 as prepared in
1971 by AAA Engineers, Salt Lake City, Utah,
Together with access to the foregoing real property as granted by that certain
"Judicial Easement" (the "Judicial Easement") that was issued by the District
Court of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Third Judicial District and that was recorded
in the office of the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk on 26 August 1996 as
instrument no. 825355, book 387 PR, Page 412 (the Judicial Easement also
benefits other parcels of real property in addition to the Property);
Together with all improvements thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereunto.
River Bank Easement
An easement that was created by that certain Sheriff's Deed that is dated 22 July
1982, that was executed by T. Deb Wolfley, Sheriff, in favor of Hi Line
Equipment Company, and that was recorded 22 July 1982 as instrument no.
581280, book 189 PR, page 559, as such deed was subsequently modified by a
Corrected Sheriffs Deed that is dated 18 August 1982, that was executed by T.
Deb Wolfley, Sheriff, in favor of Hi Line Equipment Company, and that was
recorded 18 August 1982 as instrument no. 582879, book 190 PR, page
569,which easement is described more particularly as follow:
A right-of-way access to both banks or sides of the Salt River, said access and
right-of-way extending Southwesterly along a line parallel to the meander line of
said river 1620 + feet from point of beginning to a point in a fence running East
and West along the Northern boundary of Section 16 T. 36 N., R. 119 W., 6th
Principal Meridian; and extending East 50 feet and West 50 feet from said
meander line of both banks of the Salt River."
