KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT Michael W. West has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do
make, constitute and aPpoint Linda M. West as my true and lawful attorney for me and in my
name, place and stead to mortgage and encumber and to execute all documents, including but
not limited to, Promissory Notes, Mortgages, Affidavits, Contracts, Settlement Statements, and
Agreements necessary to mortgage and encumber the following described real property, to wit:
Lot 11 and the northerly 11.4 feet of Lot 12 of .Block 1 of the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 11, thence running westerly along
the northerly boundary line of said Lot, a distance of 140 feet to the Northwesterly
corner thereof;
thence running southerly along the westerly boundary of said Lots 11 and 12, a
distance of 61.4 feet;
thence running easterly at right angles a distance of 140 feet to the easterly
boundary of said Lot 12;
thence northerly along said easterly boundary line, a distance of 61.4 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded December 7, 1964
in Book 68PR on page 505 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
giving and granting unto my said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and
every act and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises
as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally present with full power
of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or her
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
