THIS INDENTURE, made the ~ day of June, 2003 by and between the
SOUTH RIDGE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
a Wyoming Corporation,
a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Wyoming and having its principal place of business in the
County of Lincoln the GRANTOR, and
DAVID OLSEN AND GAYLE OLSEN,
Husband and Wife,
whose address is P.O. Box 834, Afton, WY 8'tl
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 4 of the South Ridge Ranches, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat filed July 21, 1998 as Instrument No. 851982 in the records of
Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.

On this 20th Of June, 2003 before me personally appeared John C. Prince to me
personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the President of South Ridge
Development Corporation and that said instrument was signed on behalf of said corporation by
authority of its Board of Directors and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the
free act and deed of said corporation.
