LARSON, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DONALD G. LARSON, as Trustee of the DONALD G. LARSON REVOCABLE TRUST dated March 4, 2003, and BONNIE R. LARSON, as Trustee of the BONNIE R. Larson and Bonnie Larson dated January 19, 1995, recorded January 23, 1995 in Book 364PR on page 48 of records of Lincoln County Clerk.
