Whitmore and Michael K. Whitmore whose address is 522 Garnet Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101 The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said RICKY LEE WHITMORE, NANCY JO WHITMORE, SHAWN A. Nk~NW¼ of Section 2, T22N Rll6W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Ricky Lee Whitmore, Nancy Jo Whitmore, Shawn A. Whitmore and Michael K. Whitmore heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever.
