consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIMS to JaniCe Sue Buck, an individual, Grantee, whose address is 83542 ttwy 89,
Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln Conn[y and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under andby virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at Point (1), which is N0°06' W, 423.2 feet and 40 feet East of the West
Quarter Corner .of Section 6, T3 IN, R118W, 6'h P.M., Wyoming, and running
thence from Point (1), N 0o06` W, 735.2 feet, thence East 420.3 feet, thence S ~
23 °24'W, 798' feet, thence West 100 'feet back to Point (1), the place of beginning,
being Tract (a) of the Golf Course Tract, Aaon, Wyoming, consisting of 4.4 acres,
subject to that certain right-of-way easement given by Charles G. Hinkle and.
Patricia L. Hinkle, husband and wife, grantors, to the Town of Alton, a Municipal
