DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to ANTHONY ]DAVID HILLSTEAD
and VANDI SUE ItlLLSTEAD, husband and wife, by the Entireties, Grantees, of P.O. Box
1765, Afton, Wyoming, 83110, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln
and State o?Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
A parcel of land situate within the NWl/4NE1/4 of Section 10, Township 31
North, Range 119 West, Linct~ln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more
particularly described 'as follows:
BEGINNING on the north boundary line of said Section 1.0 at a point 652 feet
east from the northwest comer of the NE1./4 of Section 10; and running
THENCE south, parallel to the west boundary line of the said NE 1/4, a distance
of 605 feet;
THENCE east, parallel to the said north boundary line, a distance of 144 feet;
THENCE north, parallel to said west boundary line, a distance of 605 feet;
THENCE west, along said north boundary line, a distance of 144 feet to the point
of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 2.000 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER WITH water rights and mineral rights; and
SUBJECT TO easements of sight or record, including an easement along the
north 30 feet for Wyoming State Secondary Highway 236.
