INC.,a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue'of the laws of the State of
NEVADA, duly authorized to do business in the State of WYOMING and having its principal

WyOming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
RESERVING THEREFROM all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all mineral
rights appertaining thereto.
Subject to all declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions of record.
