KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Chad K. Jenkins IndiVidUally and
as Trustee and Pamela R. Jenkins as Trustee of the Chad and Pamela Jenkins
Family Trust dated April 23, 2001, Granters, of 4226 County Rd #125 Thayne, WY
83127, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIMS to Pamela Ruth Jenkins, n/k/a, Pamela Ruth Shanks, a single person,
Grantee, whose address is Po Box 3087, Alpine, WY , the following described
real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 2, Alpine Estates Subdivision, according to that plat filed March
3, 1983 as instrument no. 592764 in the office of County Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming,
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
