Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Horace LaRoyce Nield' Family Trust, dated
18 April 1984 and Billie Renee Nield Family Living Trust, dated 18 April 1984, LaRoyce Nield
House Tract-Revised" dated November 2 2001 revised November 28, 2001.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of thehomestead exemption laws of the
