Essenmacher, ("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Afton and Jackson, Wyoming and to its' successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a line described as follows, to wit: A 20 foot wide strip of land, being a portion of the property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 276PR, on Page 299, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wy°ming,'within the Wl/2SE1/4 of Section 4, T33N, Rll8W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Center Line being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Power Transformer, said Point of Beginning being 452.34 feet N73°43'54"W from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Charles V. King 1989 location for the El/16 Corner between said Section 4 and Section 9; thence Nl°30'46"E 246.29 feet; thence N16°34'52"W 543.48 feet to a Power Vault; thence N17°04'04"W 526.24 feet; thence N10°41'll"W 77.27 feet; thence N2°45'07"W 24.54 feet to a Power Vault located in the Bedford - Turnerville County Road 12.123 Right-of-Way, also BEGINNING at said Power Transformer; thence N81© 44'46"E 65.65 feet to the Power meter, also BEGINNING at said Power Transformer; thence S72°42'36"W 116.99 feet. Together with all necessary and reasonable fights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
