Witnesseth: That file said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the stun of Ten Dollars ($10,00), and other good anti yah;able
considerations, to the said party of file first part in hand paid by the said party(les) of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto tlie said party(les)
of the second part, THEIR heirs and assigns, forever, the following described real estate situate in the County of LINCOLN, State of Wyomiag, to wit:

KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY~ W'¥OMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT
THEREOF.
ALSO KNOWN AS: 1310 5TH WEST COURT, KEMMERER, WY 83101
Beillg the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National ttousing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C.
1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3531).
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the es~te, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, of ~e said
party of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in and to fl~e above bargained premises, with the heredi~ments and appurtenances;
To Have And To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with the appurtenances, unto ARVID K. AASE and JOAN
D, AASE fl~e saki part-y(ies) of the second part, THEIR heirs and assigns forever.
Subject to All covenant, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and rights appearing of record; and Subject to any state of hcts an
accurate survey would show.
And the said party of the first part, for himself and. his successors, covenanU and agrees to and with the sakl party(les) of the second part, THEIR
heirs and assigns, the above bargained premises in fl~e quiet and peaceable possession of the said party(ies) of the second part, TItEIR heirs and
assigns, against all and every person or persons law~lly claiming or to claim the whole or any party thereof, by, through or under the said party of the
first part, to Warrant and forever Defend.
