WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that MICHAEL R. ALLRED and MARIE
D. ALLRED, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming 83127, Grantor(s), for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MICHAEL REID ALLRED TRUST, Dated
August 18, 1981, Trustees, or the succesors in trust, under the MICHAEL REID ALLRED TRUST,
Dated August 18, 1981, Grantees of County of Lincoln, State.of Wyoming, the following described
real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
A portion of the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 14, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows'
Beginning at an iron pipe set 603.01 feet North and 18.00 feet West from a brass
cap marking the South Quarter Corner of said section, said iron pipe marking
the south terminis of the westerly curved portion of the Cul de Sac at the North
end of Thayne Court;
thence South along the west side of said Court 56.01 feet;
thence running N 84025'23" W, 104.15 feet;
thence N 67032'45.' W, 100.00 feet;
thence N 12029'26" E, 90.00 feet;
thence S 65035' E, 193.96 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereon. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
