Lawrence L. Brainard and Sharon L. Brainard, husband and wife,
GRANTORS, of 330 S. Forest Drive, Casper, Wyoming 82609, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to James W. Bane, a single man, of P.O. Box
8533, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, GRANTEE, the following desc.ribed real
estate, situate in the County of .Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving
and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Star Valley Ranch, Lot 32, Plat Twenty-Two (22), as
platted and recorded in the Official Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Including and together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and
any rights of grantor to minerals thereunder, but
subject to reservations and restrictions contained in
the United States Patent, taxes, assessments,
covenants, conditions, restrictions,~ reservations,"
encroachments, rights-of-way and easements of
sight and/or record.
