AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP
MADE PURSUANT TO WYOMING STATUTES SECTIONS 2-9-102, 103
STATE OF IDAHO
COUNTY OF BANNOCK
Milton K. Haderlie, of P°catello, Bannock County, Idaho (mailing address: 2555 Ada,
Pocateilo, ID 83201-1946), upon his oath and under penalty of perjury deposes and says:
1. That Oliver Romeo Haderlie aka Oliver R. Haderlie the decedent mentioned in
the attached certified copy of Certificate of Death, is the same person as Oliver R. Haderlie'
named as mortgagee dudng his lifetime in that certain. Mortgage Deed with Release of
Homestead ("Mortgage") dated the 27th day of April, 1966, executed by Ralph K. Haderlie
and Shirley W. Haderlie, husband and wife, as mortgagors, and recor, ded in the records of
the Lincoln County~Clerk on May 16, 1966, in Book 74 PR, page 147, covering the following

thence South 44 Rods, thence West 27 Rods, thence South 7 Rods,
Southwest to a point 7 Rods North of the Southwest Corner of the Northeast
[~uarter of the Southeast Quarter (NEI/4SEI/4) of said Section Nine (9) and
~.running thence North 73 Rods, and thence East 60 Rods to the place of
q~ginning; all of said lands being in
~ Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln Township 34 North, Range 119 West of
County, Wyoming, together with all water
~ ~l~d water rights, ditches and ditch rights, and all improvements and
appurtenances thereon.
2. That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Milton K.
Haderlie, named with Van K. Haderlie as the remaindermen mortgagees upon the death of
Oliver R. Haderlie in the above-described Mortgage, and that as the surviving remainder
mortgagees named in said Mortgage, the undersigned, Milton K. Haderlie, and Van K.
Haderlie, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 2-9-102, 103, became on June 4, 1978, the date of
the death of the aforementioned decedent, the mortgagees under said Mortgage or the sole
owners as mortgagees of any interest of Oliver R. Haderlie as mortgagee in said Mortgage.
