LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded May 30, 1995 in
Book 368PR on page 592 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
