RER PROPERTIES, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Utah, the GRANTOR and
CHARLES D. SMITH,
a Single Person,
whose address is 501 Beech, Kemmerer, WY 83101
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lots 11 and 12 of Block 35 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
