which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
Ronald W. Galloway, Daniel C. Galloway, Jacob A. Galloway, and W. Joshua
Galloway, as Tenants in Common, Grantees, c/o Ronald W. Galloway, 70 Teemont Drive,
Alton, Wyoming 83110,~
the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to wit:
Lot 22 of the Airport Addition Second Filing of the Town of Afton, Wyoming,
Together with an access easement over and across the southerly thirty (30) feet of Lot 21 of the
said Airport Addition Second Filing,
Subject to all easements of sight or of record, as depicted on that plat entitled "AIRPORT
ADDITION SECOND FILING", prepared by Ross M. Turner, Wyoming PE & LS 3514, dated
July 1, 2003, to be filed in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
