hereby CONVEY and WARRANT TO:
MARY LOUISE CARLSON, a single woman, and LYNN TALARICO, a single woman, as
joint tenants with rights of survivorship
Grantees of 1528 34th St. Missoula, MT 59801
for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration .......
the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
A portion of the S1/2S1/2 of Section 34, T26N, Rll9W, 6th P.M., located
North of Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point that lies on the South Line of said Section 34,
1562.62 feet West from the Southeast corner of said Section 34; thence
West, along said south line, a distance of 1161.62 feet to a point; thence
North 1314.12 feet to a point; thence S89°46'32'' E a distance of 987.50
feet to a point; thence South a distance of 1310.21 feet to the Point of
Beginning and containing 35.000 acres, more or less; said parcel being:
. SUBJECT TO a 60.00 foot wide road and utility Easement along the South-
boundary line.
TOGETHER with an easement for utilities as described in Warranty Deed
recorded July 30, 2001, Book 469 P.R., Page 545 and an easement for ingress
and egress and utilities across the South 60 feet of those parcels of land
described in Book 352 P.R., Page 86 and Book 374 P.R., Page 248.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenanceq Rhereon.
