SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Countrywide Bank, a Division of Treasury Bank, N.A. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of,
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
ROY D WALTERS
to COUNTRYWIDE BANK, A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A. bearing date 09/10/2002,
recorded 10/17/2002 in Official Records Book 502, Page 89, Document No. 884873 in the office of the
County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $47,600.00
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in
said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the
same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 16 day of June, 2003.
