of P.O. Box 292, Riverton, Wyoming 82501, do(es) hereby certify that a certain mortgage,
dated December 31, 2001, made and executed by LINK W. SCHOONER and KATHY
A. SCHOONER, husband and wife, of P.O. Box 1268, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, as
Mortgagor, to the C.R. BAILEY REVOCABLE TRUST, Mortgagee, conveying certain
real estate therein mentiOned as security for the payment of $165,000.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the 7th day of January, 2002 in Book 480, Page
725, Recording Number 878377, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
Lot 75, Plat 6, Star Valley Ranch, according to that plat of record in
the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
is, with the note secured thereby, and the. aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released
and discharged, and in consideration thereof the said Mortgagee does hereby release and
quitclaim unto the said Mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
