Haderlie Revocable Trust dated July 20, 1987, grantor, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and. WARRANTS to L & V Investments Limited Partnership, a Utah Limited Partnership, grantee, of P.O. BOx 1304, Ogden, UT 84402, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and Waiving all rights' under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: A portion of the Haderlie property referred to in Instrument No. 394942 recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 74 PR page 146 within the N1/2N1/2 of. Section 9, Lot 6 and the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 4, T34N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary and area being more particularly described on the attached Exhibit TOGETHER WITH a perpetual, 10-foot right of way easement for the benefit · of grantee and its successors and assigns for travel by foot or horseback only along the west boundary line of lands being retained by grantor in said Section 9 in the direction of the lands owned by the U.S. Forest Service near the southwest corner of said Section 9 and extending to the southwest boundary of the lands retained by grantor. This easement is a common easement for the benefit of grantee and grantor. This easement shall run with the real property described above as one parcel, if the lands conveyed herein are ever divided or subdivided grantee must designate which parcel shall continue to be benefited by this easement. Under no condition shall this easement benefit more than one parcel of land notwithstanding future divisions or subdivisions of the above-described real property.
