CAMPBELL, a Single Person, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO ELLEN P. CAMPBELL, TRUSTEE OF THlg ALLEN E. CAMPBELL LIVING TRUST dated June 13, 1996, an undivided one-half interest; AND ELLEN P. CAMPBELL, TRUSTEE OF TIlE ELLEN P. CAMPBELL LIVING TRUST dated June 13, 1996, an undivided one-half interest as Tenants in Common, grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 187, Alton, WY 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Part of Section 30, T32N RllSW of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East edge of U.S. Highway 89, which is 70 feet North from the Northwest coruer of Block 5 of the Al'ton Townsite and running thence East along the North edge of Fkst Avenue of said Town of Afton, 110 feet; thence North 220 feet; thence West 110 feet to a point of intersection with the East edge of said U.S. Highway 89; thence South 220 feet to the point of beginning. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenanta, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. WITNESS our hands this day of July, 2~.~ _ Ellen P.
