KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
DELAWARE, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
JOHN CONARD, ARLETTE CONARD
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. beating date 11/02/2001, recorded 11/07/2001 in Official
Records Book 476, Page 574, Document No. 877204 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County,
Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $256,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
1N WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 24 day of June, 2003.
