HomeMy WebLinkAbout891547SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of DELAWARE, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by ALISON P GILLIAM to FIRST BANK OF IDAStO, FSB DBA FIRST BANK ADVISORS bearing date 07/22/2002, recorded 07/26/2002 in Official Records Book 495, Page 179, Document No. 882810 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $35,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, the 26 day of June, 2003.
