RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August 27,
2001, made and executed by David H. Lloyd and Betty J. Lloyd, husband and wife, as
mortgagors, to Tl~e Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of $101,439.80 which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register Of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 5th day of September 2001, in Book #472PR of Mortgages, at Page 139 as
document number 875707 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE.''
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to b~ ;President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 7th day of July, 2003.

to me personally known, who, b~i-Jg by me duly sworn, did say that he is the President of The Bank
of Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and
that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of
Directors, and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
