convey and wan-ant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Alton and Jackson,
Wyoming and to its succe:~sors and assigns, ('.'Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way
the construction and cOrtinued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the elect:lc
distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained und.~:r,
upon and across the premJ scs of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a Ii,re
described as follows, to wit: '
BEING a portion of lot '~11 of Lakeview Estates, 6th Addition to the Town of Alpine, Section
29, T37N, RII8W, 6th P.h,I., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
COM1VfENCING at a p~int being the NW corner of said lot 711;
Thence IN 81° E, 111.70 :r~et to a point on the East line of said lot
Easement to include 10 15eet on each Side of described line.

occmxing in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee ha~ here notified Grantor that ElXttF-testir,g
and information is availalc.le upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all. wir~;s
and other facilities, install e:d on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain tl'te
property of the Grantee, r,:movable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive Mi
fights under and by virtue, oft he Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
