Osmond and Wyoma Osmond, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of September 22, 1989 made and executed by Brad G. Dana and Patricia W. Dana, as mortgagors to John D. Osmond and Wyoma Osmond as mortgagees conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $35,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 20, 1989 in Book 280PR on. page 363 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: That part of the SW 1ANE~A of Section 23, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M., within the incorporated limits of the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming and also part of the excluded unnumbered Block in the Van Noy Park Addition to the said Town of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 185, being part of those tracts of record in the said Office in Book 127PR on page 215, Book 24 of Deeds on page 429, and Book 162PR on page 117, described as follows: thence .Beginning at the center one-quarter corner of said Section 23 found as described the Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office; thence N 04o23, E, 616.75 feet to an intersection of the east right of way line of State Highway 89 with the south line of the said excluded unnumbered block, N 00058.5, W, 349.68 feet from the right of way monument for Station 1418+58.5, the point of beginning; N 89 °39' E, 230.47 feet along the said south line being a protraction westerly of the north line of Beulah Street of the said Van Noy Park Addition to the southeast corner of a metal building at the southeast corner of the said excluded unnumbered block; thence N 01020.5, W, 130.43 feet along the east line of said excluded unnumbered block forming the west line of Lincoln Street to a T-shaped metal fence post; thence S 88039, W, 99.17 feet along a fence line to a corner post; thence S 00022.5, E, 51.15 feet along a fence line to a corner fence post; thence S 89o38, W, 47.51 feet along a fence line to a corner fence post; thence S 00057.5, E, 16.52 feet along a fence line to a 3/8"x12" steel spike; thence S 87053.5' W, 82.42 feet to an intersection with the said east right of way line, S 00058.5, E, 1424.37 feet from the position for the right of way monument for Station 1436+90.6; thence S 00058.5, E, 58.51 feet along the said right of way line to the point of beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded September 3, 1982 in Book 191PR on page 296 of records of Lincoln County Clerk. ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT any land lying in Warranty Deed recorded March 20, 1968 in Book 82PR on page 159 of records of Lincoln County Clerk. is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
