man as his separate property, of 254 South 100 West, Smithfield, Utah 84335, REX M. CORSI,
a married man as his separate property, of 645 Evergreen Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009-
3220, McMENAMY CORSI, a married man as his separate property, of 9964 Barium Lane,
Sandy, Utah 84094, and ROY CORSI, a married man as his separate property, of 11166 South
2700 West, South Jordan, Utah 84095, all as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship,
Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to RICK
CORSi and RITA A. CORSI, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, of 9964 Barium
Lane, Sandy, Utah 84094, Grantees, and their heirs and assigns, property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
See Exhibit A, entitled "Description of McMenamyCorsi Mac Corsi Tract",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way
of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming

That part of the NW¼SE¼ of Section 27, T36N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 429 of
Photostatic Records on page 28, described as follows, all in accordance with Wyoming
Statutes, 2001, as amended, Section 18-5-303(a)(i):
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said NW¼SE¼;
thence N89°-57'-28"E, 295.00 feet, along the north line of said NW¼SE¼, to a point;
thence S00°-I 8'-57"E, 361.15 feet, to a point parallel with the west line of said NW¼SE¼;
thence S89°-57'-28"W, 295.00 feet, along a line parallel with said north line, to a point on
the west line of said NW¼SE¼;
thence N00°,lS'-57"W, 361.15 feet, along said west line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 2.45 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the SE¼ of Section 27, T36N,
R119W, being N00°-00'-06"W;
TOGETHER with a right to construct, repair and maintain an irrigation pipe line over, under
and across a. strip of land ten (l 0) feet in width with the westerly line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the NW¼SE¼ of said Section 27;
