RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

Banking Corporation~ does hereby ce~i~ that a ce~ain mo~gage beating the date of October ]8~
2002, made and executed by Ro~ald L. Mc~m and Marsha P. Mc~m, husband and wife, as
mo~gagors, to The Bank of Star Yalley~ as mortgagee, a mo~gage conve~ng a lien on ce~ain rea]
estate therein described as security for the pa~ent orS150,000.00 which mo~gage was recorded in
the office 0f the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 22"a day of October 2002, in Book ~502PR of Mortgages, at Page 465 as
document number 884983 and pe~aining to the following descdbed real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the Premises thereby conveYed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be si its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 14th day of July,
2003.
