KNOWN BY ALL THESE P~SENTS, That Co~ty First National Ba~, a co~oration of the
United States of ~erica, does hereby certi~ that mortgage bearing the date of November 21, 2002 made
and executed by T~ey S. Peternal-Maninez, as mortgagor, to Co--unity First National Ba~, as
mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $56,500.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 22, 2002 in the Book 505PR on page 374
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
A parcel of land being a portion of Tract 50 of the Resurvey of T21N R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming and being within the unplatted portion of the Town of Diamondville, Wyoming, also
being a portion of a particular parcel of land described and recorded in Book 505PR on page 372 at the
Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast comer of a particular parcel of land as described and recorded in Book
505PR on page 372, on file in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming, hereinafter
known as the Petemai-Martinez Parcel, where is found a 3" brass cap stamped PLS 164;
thence N 90o00'00'' W, along the southerly boundary of said Petemai-Martinez parcel, 42.20 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description, where is found a 2" Aluminum cap
stamped CCI PE&LS 5465;
thence continuing N 90o00'00'' W, along the southern boundary of said Petemal-Martinez parcel,
92.01 feet to the southwestern corner of said Petemal-Martinez parcel where is found a
2" Aluminum stamped CCI PLS 5465;
thence N 0° 10'30" E, along the westerly boundary of said Petemal-Martinez parcel, 11.31 feet
to a point where is found a 2" aluminum cap stamped CCI PE&LS 5465;
thence S 89022'22'' E, 91.97 feet to a point where is found a 2" aluminum cap stamped CCI
PE&LS 5465;
thence S 0o03'00.. E, 10.30 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
It being expressly understood and. agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of the security
thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate mortgaged therein and
thereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Community First National Bank ha.s,.~used these Presents to be
signed by its Branch Manager and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ~ day of June, 2003.
