in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY (S) and QUITCLAIM (S)
to Dennis L. Hale, Trustee of the Hale Family Trust dated December 1, 2000
all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln
in the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Beginning at the southeast spike of said tract, identical with the northeast spike of that tract
of record in said Office in Book 123 of Photostatic Records on page 441, N00'-I 1 '-36"W,
297.00 feet from the southeast comer of said NE1/4 SE1/4;
thence N89° -18'-26"W, 350.04 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point on a
west boundary of said Annexation;
thence N00' -11'-36"W, 374.46 feet, along said west boundary and parallel with the east
line of said NE1/4SE1/4, to a point:
thence N89° -46'-33"E, 350.00 feet, along a line parallel with an sixty (60) feet southerly of
the south line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 388 of Photostatic Records on
page 78, to a spike on said east line:

ENCOMPASSING an area of 3.03 acres, more or less;
