date of the 8'h day of February, 1999, made and executed by John
Murray, husband and wife, as mortgagors, to Michael Lee Wohlschlegel and Kristi.i;i
Renee Wohlschlegel, husband and wife, as mortgagees, conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $42,000.00, as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the 30th day of April, 1999, at Book 429PR, Page
347, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County and State, to-wit:
The North 24 feet of Lot 6 and all of Lot 5 of Block 66 of the Second Addition to the
Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming
The aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in
consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
