certi~ that mortgage bearing the date of April 16, 1999 made and executed by Edwin O.. Kelley
and Jerri A. Kelley, as mortgagors, to FMC Employees Federal Credit Union, as mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $35.000.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage.was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio

on page 204 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
