and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
BRUCE R. ANDERSON AND AMY I. ANDERSON,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose' address is 10725 Thomas Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 4 of Block 10 in the Town of Aflon,. Lincoln'
County, Wyoming, thence West 5 rods; thende North 8 i'ods;'fli~nce Easf 5 rods;
thence South 8 rods to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, h°wever, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct that certain Warranty Deed recorded April 18, 2003 in
Book 518PR on page 169 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk correcting the
acknowledgement.
