HAMILTON, TRUSTEE of the Wanda Jackson Hamilton Living Trust dated October 30,
1997, as amended, of P.O. Box 3191, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, Grantor, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to GREGORY T. SEITH, a single
man, of P.O. Box 5108, Etna, Wyoming 83118, Grantee, and his heirs and assigns, property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
See Exhibit A, entitled "DESCRIPTION - Wanda Jackson Hamilton Remaining
2 Acres".
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptiOns, easements, and rights-of-way
of record.
Hereby reserving unto Wanda Jackson Hamilton a life estate in and to the
property, allowing her the sole and exclusive right to use and enjoy the property during
her lifetime.
Hereby releasing and waiVing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
lawS of the State of Wyoming.
