John T. West and Allgara P. West Family Trust (Trust B), dated September 24, 1991,

($10.00) CONVEY and QUIT CLAIM to Jack and Julie Carlisle, husband and wife, of
P.O. Box 178, Auburn, WY 83111, County of Lincoln, in the State of Wyoming, to wit:

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Jack Carlisle and Julie Carlisle
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither
we nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any
right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by
these presents be excluded and forever barred.

of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 304 of Photostatic Records
on page 333, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a northeast point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 397 of
Photostatic Records on page 458 on the west line of said GLO Lot 4, N00°-06'-22"W,
384.71 feet, from the southwest comer of said GLO Lot 4;
thence N89°-45'-53"E, 650.39 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point;
thence N00°-58'-11'E, 620.02 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a spike on the
