QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTOR, Jack Carlisle and Julie Carlisle, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
for the consideration often and no/100 dollars ($10.00) CONVEY and QUIT CLAIM to
Obed L. Wogerman and Theresa A. Wogerman, Trustees, and their successors, of the
Obed L. and Theresa A. Wogerman Family Trust, dated the 20th day of May, 1999, of
P.O. Box 14, Auburn, WY 83111, County of Lincoln, in the State of Wyoming, to wit:

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Obed L. Wogerman and Theresa A. Wogerman
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever, sO that neither
we nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any
right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by
these presents be excluded and forever barred
