KNOWN' BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Clee Stokes and Abie Stokes, does hereby certify
that Deed of Trust bearing the date of April 27, 2001. made and executed by Roger M. Linde,
as Grantor to Clee Stokes and Able Stokes as Beneficiary conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $21,560.56 as therein stated, which Deed of Trust was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on May 1, 2001 in Book 463PR on page 612 mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to wit:
Lot I00, Palls Park Second Addition, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said beneficiary does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said grantor the premises thereby conveyed and encumbered.
