~OW ~L MEN BY THESE P~SENTS, that LA~NCE E. ~LE~N, Successor
Trustee of the WINTON ALLEMAN TRUST dated the 15th day of May, 1984, between Winton H.
Alleman and Jessie A. Alleman, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum often dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS an undivided one-half (½) interest to the GEORGE ALLEMAN
FAMILY TRUST dated July 20, 1992, George Fredrick Alleman and Jena Rae Alleman, Trustees
and an undivided one-half (½) intereSt to the LAWRENCE ALLEMAN FAMILY TRUST dated
March 13, 1992, Lawrence Alleman and Shirley Yvonne Alleman, Trustees, of all of the mineral
rights as described in the oil and gas lease fi.om Winton H. Alleman and Jessie A. Alleman, husband
and wife to Carl Pfaffbearing date of February 26, 1959 and recorded in the Office of the County
Clerk, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming at Book 32PR, Page 445, to wit:
Township 26 North, Range 112 West, of the 6th P.M. Wyoming
SECTION 5: Lincoln County Lot 12.
SECTION 6: The following parcels shown and described on LINCOLN COUNTY
METES and BOUND PLAT no. 1 for SW¼, SE¼ and NW¼ SE¼ Section
6-26-112.
Lincoln County Lot 2: All
Lincoln County Lot 3: All
Lincoln County Lot 8: All except for the following described parcels:
Beginning at the South West Coruer of the South West Quarter of the South
East Quarter (SW¼ SE¼) of Section Six thense East on the section line
between said Section Six (6) and Seven (7), Township Twenty-Six North
Range One Hundred Twelve West of the 6th P.M. in Wyoming, a distance of
1043.35 feet; thence North a distance of 835 feet; thence West a distance of
1043.35 feet; thence South on the mid-section line of said Section Six (6) a
distance of 835 feet to the point of beginning.
Two and ninety-seven hundredths acres more or less, starting at a bronze
capped iron stake located six (6) inches below the surface in the center of 4th
Avenue at its junction with the west line of Pine Street, also a coruer of
Lincoln County Lot 8, thence East 477.04 feet along the center line of 4th
Avenue to a point thence South 271.35 feet to a point on a line parallel to the
North South mid-section line of Section 6 thence West 477.04 feet to a point
on a line parallel to the center line of 4th Avenue thence North 271.35 feet to
the point of beginning.

LaBarge Town Lots 5 thru 12, inclusive in Block 1, Second Addition.
51% of Lots 1 and 2 and all of Lots 5 thru 20 inclusive, in Block 3 of the
Second Addition.
Lot 23 in Block 1 of the original townsite.
The following parcels shown and described on Lincoln County Metes and
Bounds Plat No. 2, for Lots 8 and 11, Section 6-26-112.

together with the right to ingress and egress at all times for the purpose °fmining, drilling,
exploring, operating, producing, and developing said lands for oil, gas, and other minerals,
and storing, handling, transporting, and marketing the same therefrom with rights to remove
from said land all of GRANTEES' property and improvements.
This transfer is made subject to any rights now eXisting to any lessees or assigns
under any valid and subsisting °il and gas lease of record heretofore executed: it being
understood and agreed that said GRANTEES shall have, receive, and enjoy the herein
granted undivided interest in and to all bonuses, rents, royalties and other benefits which may
accrue under the terms of said lease insofar as it covers the above described land from and
after the date hereof, precisely as if the GRANTEES herein had been at the date o'fmaking
of said lease the owner of a similar undivided interest in and to the lands described and
GRANTEES one of the lessors therein.
GRANTOR agrees to execute such further assurances as may be requisite for the
full and complete enjoyment of the rights herein granted and likewise agrees that
GRANTEES herein shall have the right at any time to redeem for said GRANTOR by
payment, any mortgage, taxes, or other liens on the above-described land, upon
default in payment by GRANTOR, and be subrogated to the rights of the holder thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described property and easement with all and
singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereunto or any wise belonging to the said
GRANTEES herein and their successor trustees.
