Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel entitled "Description for Glen Fluckiger and Eva Mae
Fluckige~r, Fluckiger Tract" dated January 29, 2003.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD'the said premises unto the said
Glen FlUckiger and Eva Mae Fluckiger
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will 'hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any
part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.

correctlY describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
245 of Photostatic Records on page 160, as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the south line of said SW¼SE¼, S89o_48,_36,,W, 23.93 feet
from the southeast comer of said SW¼SE¼;
thence S89o_48,_36,,W, 130.00 feet, along said south line, to a point;
thence N00o.05,.08,,E, 240.00 feet to a point;
thence N89o.48,_36,,E, 130.00 feet, along a line parallel with said south line, to a point on
an existing fence line;
thence S00°.05,.08,,W, 240.00 feet, along said fence line, in part, to the SPIKE OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.72 acre, more or less;
