HINER and CAROLYN J. HINER did, by a certain Trust Deed dated the 21st day of September , 2001 , filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the CoUnty of LINCOLN , State of Wyoming , on the 24th da3' of September 2001 and duly recorded in Book 473 , Page 456-470 (Reception 876153 Fihn ) grant, bargain, sell and convey the property therein and hereinafter described to the Pub.lie Trustee of the County of LINCOLN , State of Wyoming , its successors and assigns, to secure the payment of one Promissory Note dated September 21, 2001 , in the principal amount of · Sixty Eight Thousand and no/100 ,. '~ ~ bollars ( $68,000.00 ) with interest at the rate of 6.375 % per annum. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) aud other good valuable consideration paid by the said Assignee to said Assignor, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said Assignor hereby assigns unto said Assignee the said Trust Deed and Note secured thereby, together with all monies now owing or that may hereafter beco~ne due' or owing in respect thereof and the full benefit of all the powers and of all the covenants and provisos therein contained, and said Assignor hereby grants and conveys unto said Assignee any interest it may have in the following described property situate in the County of LINCOLN State of Wyoming , to wit: LOT 5 OF BLOCK 4 OF THE LINCOLN HEIGHTS 5TH ADDIT ON, FIRST FILING, TO THE CITY OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF 8,'78150 Nnmbered and known as: 1909 DEL RIO DRIVE,KEMMERER,WY 53101 ....
