Grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyo~ng, for and ~ Consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CO~EY AND Q~TCLAIM to I~N HUSTO~ Revocable Trust, dated Jnly 25, 2003,
I~ HUSTON, Trustee, Grantee, whose address is 54 County Road North No. 407, Thayne,
Wyoming 831~7, the follow~g described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and Stae of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by vkme of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
A potion of the Northeast qua~er of the Southwest quarter (NE1/4SWl/4)
of Section 11, Township 34 No~h Range 119 West, 6t" P.M., Lincoln County
Wyoming, being more pa~icularty described as follows: Beginning at a point
in the West line of said No~heast qua~er of the Southwest qua~er
(NE1/4SWl/4), said point being South 343.0g feet from the Northwest
Corner of said Northeast qua~er of the Southwest qua~er (NE1/4SWl/4);
thence running East 256.00 feet; thence South 1 °51'06" West 348.14 feet;
thence West 244.75 feet, to first said West line, thence No~h along said
West line, 347.g6 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.00 acres or
land, together with all water rights, improvements and appu~enances
thereon.
TOGETHER WITH all ~provements, appurtenances, heredit~ents and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise apperta~ing.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easemeuts, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
With respect to W.S. ~ 34-2-122, as amended, Grantor hereby states, represents and
warrants that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 25 day of July,
2003, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said
Trustees, all powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.
