and CHERYL WILLIAMS, as joint tenants and not as tenants in
common, whose address is 1272 Talisman Drive, Salt Lake City,
Utah 84116, Grantors, and JACQUELINE A. NICHOLES, a single
woman, whose address is 4541 Sou[h 3065 East, Salt Lake City,
Utah 84117, Grantee.
Grantors, ~or and in consider'ation of Ten Dollars
($].0.00), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do, by
these presents, hereby gr-ant, bat-gain, sell, CONVEY and
WARRANT unto Grantee an undivided one--thirteenth (1/13) inter-
est in and to that certain parcel, of real property ]_ocated in.
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows:
Lot forty-eight (48) in STAR VALLEY RANCH
PLAT SIX (6), as platted and recorded in the
official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with the exclusive right to occupy the said parcel of
real property and to use and enjoy the rights and easements
appu];tenant thereto during one foul'-week Use Period in each
calendar year as provided in the instrument entitled Declara-
tion of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions t-ecorded on
January 22, 1979, in Book 152 PR, Page 272, of the official
records of Lincoln County (hereinafter' called the "Declara-
tion''), upon and subject to all of the tez-ms, covenants, con-
ditions and provisions set fo~:th in the Declaration.
Grantors intend hereby to convey to Grantee a Time
Interest as defined in the Declaration. The Time Interest
hereby conveyed shall be designated Time Interest Six (6).
Ail of the terms, covenants, conditions and provi-
sions contained in the Declaration are incorporated herein by
reference with the same effect as though fully set forth here-
in. Ail of the terms, covenants, conditions and p~ovisions of
the Declaration therein provided to bind the interest g~anted
hereunder and to benefit the remaining interests in the said
parcel of real property shall bind the successive owners of
the interest granted hereunder and inure to the benefit of the
successive owners of the said remaining interests and of each
portion thereof; and all such terms, covenantsf conditions and
provisions provided therein to bind the said remaining inter-
ests or any portion or portions t~ereof and to benefit the
interest granted hereunder shall inure to the beoefit of the
successive owners of the interest granted hereunder and bind
the successive owners of the remaining interests and of each
portion thereof.
Grantors grant to Grantee liens as provided in the
Declaration and ~ese~ve, fo~ the parties therein provided to
be benefited, liens upon the interest granted hereunder as
provided in the Declaration.
This Deed is made and accepted subject to all decla-
raLions~ easements, reservations, covenants, agreements, con-
diLions and restrictions of record.
