JENSEN, TRUSTEES OF THE JENSEN FAMILY TRUST DATED 9/28/1988, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10:00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO REAL ESTATE 1031 EXCHANGE, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability, company, grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1550, Alton, WY 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Part of Lots '2 and 3 of Block 25 to the Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at 'a point which is 245-1/2 feet south from the northwest corner of said Block 25 and running thence East 120 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence West 120 feet; thence North 100 feet to the point of beginning. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
