Moss Trust, dated 11 September 1996, acting through its Trustees, Robert H. Moss and Patricia R. Moss, whose address is 26 Judith Lane #8, Waterbury, Connecticut 06704 who, being duly sworn on oath according to law, do hereby make the following statements of facts and affirm: That the Trust is the owner of Lot 255 of that plat titled, "LAKE VIEW ESTATES INCORPORATED TRACT (A) A SUBDIVISION BEING A PART OF S¥2 OF SE¼ SEC. 29, T37N, R118W, ALPINE, WYOMING" of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming as Plat No. 158. That the undersigned has reviewed the plat titled, "LAKEVIEW ESTATES THIRD ADDITION BEING PART OF LAKEVIEW ESTATES INCORPORATED TRACT (A) WITHIN THE INCORPORATED LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF ALPINE WITHIN S½SE¼ SECTION 29 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 15 October 2001, as revised. 3 That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and the implications thereof. 4.
