That she has reviewed the plat titled, "LAKEVIEW ESTATES THIRD ADDITION BEING PART OF LAKEVIEW ESTATES INCORPORATED TRACT (A) WITHIN THE INCORPORATED LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF ALPINE WITHIN S½SE¼ SECTION 29 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 15 October 2001, as revised. 3. That she has read and underStand the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and the implications thereof. 4.
